Who we are

Headglytch builds and sells custom controllers from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. These terms cover purchases made through headglytch.com.

Orders

All current builds are pre-orders. Placing an order and completing payment reserves a board and your position in the build queue. An order is not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full on our returns and warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

Compatibility

Please check the compatibility details on the product page before ordering.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs, duties and import taxes on orders outside Canada are the buyer's responsibility.

Product changes

Build specifications, parts and availability can change. Where a part becomes unavailable we'll contact you through your order ticket before substituting anything.

Modification and warranty

Opening, repairing or modifying a controller yourself voids its warranty and free repair eligibility. Firmware and configuration changes made through the official setup software are expected and don't affect coverage.

Support

Support is handled through tickets in our Discord so that order details, test videos, tracking and claim history stay together in one place.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
