Where we ship

Worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Lead time

Every build is currently a pre-order shipping approximately 12 weeks from the date of payment. Transit time is separate and begins once your controller leaves us.

Shipping is expedited, typically 1 to 3 business days in transit. That 1 to 3 days is after your build ships, not from the day you order.

Tracking

Tracking is sent once your controller ships. Order updates, test videos and tracking are handled through your order ticket in Discord, never through DMs.

Customs and duties

Orders inside Canada are not subject to customs charges.

For orders outside Canada, any customs, duties or import taxes are set by your country and are your responsibility on arrival. We can't calculate or collect these in advance, and they're not included in the shipping rate you pay at checkout.

Undeliverable packages

Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
