Lead time
How long until my controller arrives?
Every build is currently a pre-order shipping approximately 12 weeks from the date of payment. These are second-generation boards and demand is well ahead of supply.
Payment confirms your place in the queue and reserves a board for your build. Parts are sourced for your specific controller within 12 hours of purchase.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Within 12 hours of ordering, yes, for a full refund. After that your parts have been sourced and the order is locked.
If we haven't shipped within 12 weeks, you can cancel for a full refund at any point up until it ships. Just open a ticket and ask. Full terms are on our returns page.
Choosing a build
Which one should I get?
The Pro, for most people. It's the full tactile conversion plus two rear buttons, which covers what the majority of players actually use without paying for paddles that sit unused.
Go down to the Plus if you want paddles but don't care about clicky face buttons. Go up to the Signature if you want four paddles and adjustable stick tension. The comparison table lays all seven out side by side.
Which board do I get?
Your choice of the HyperStrike Heliumstrike 8K or the Firebird A*. Both are second-generation boards running 8K polling with a 32K+ report rate. You pick when you order.
What stick modules do you use?
JS13 Pro+ TMR modules as standard, in stock tension or -20% reduced tension. Reduced tension is popular with players who want lighter movement for tracking and micro-adjustments. DS13 Max sticks can be used on request, depending on availability.
What back button styles are there?
Three: standard, blade, and large circle. Back buttons can be bound to whatever you want through the setup software, and their function is tested on video before shipping.

How do I configure my controller?
Everything runs in your browser. Heliumstrike 8K builds use hs2.evua.cc/connect, Firebird A* builds use bzl-web.com/tool/firebird.
From there you can handle firmware updates, button mapping, stick calibration, tuning, config backups and mode switching.
Which browser do I need?
Chrome, Edge or Opera. Safari and Firefox don't support WebHID properly and the software won't work reliably in them.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Rates are shown at checkout based on your address, and everything goes expedited — typically 1 to 3 business days in transit once your build ships.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Orders inside Canada, no. Everywhere else, any customs or import charges are set by your country and are your responsibility on arrival. We can't calculate or collect those in advance.
After it arrives
Is every controller tested?
Yes, on video. Before a build ships we record it being tested for functionality, every button input, stick circularity and calibration. The timestamp is visible in the recording.
What does the warranty cover?
30 days from shipment against manufacturing defects, repaired at no cost for parts or labour — you cover shipping to us, we cover shipping back.
Beyond that, we'll carry out physical repairs free of charge for 90 days from the day you receive it, unless the damage was deliberate. Shipping both ways is on you for those. Full details on the returns and warranty page.
