What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and the details of your order. Payment is processed by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.

If you contact us through Discord, we keep the conversation so that your order and support history stay in one place.

What we use it for

• Building and shipping your order
• Sending order updates and tracking
• Handling warranty claims and repairs
• Answering your questions

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the store: Shopify for payments and order processing, and our shipping carriers for delivery. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept so we can honour warranty and repair claims, and to meet Canadian record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete what we're not required to keep. Open a ticket in our Discord or email support@headglytch.com.

Cookies

Checkout runs on Shopify, which uses cookies to keep your cart and process your order. Our own pages don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
